Having successfully operated his own two-wheeler showroom for two decades, Mr. Shah has developed deep insight into the needs and pain points of everyday riders.
He realized that while India is the world’s largest two-wheeler market, quality service, genuine spare parts, and customer-friendly assistance often remain out of reach for the common man.
